Label OrdersWhat is the minimum quantity of labels I can order?The minimum quantity for our press labels is 500. Our 4-color process labels have a minimum quantity of 1,000. However, we can digitally print labels in quantities as low as 1! Top What if I am not satisfied with my labels?If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we can work with you to ensure 100% satisfaction. Please read our guarantee policy for more information. Top Artwork, File Formats and Graphic DesignWhat format would you like my artwork?Artwork should be submitted in its native file format. For example, artwork created in Adobe Illustrator should be sent as an Illustrator file. We can accept artwork in almost any design program. At times, we may need you to send additional files, such as fonts used or images embedded. Saving all text in "Outlines" will eliminate the need to send additional fonts. If you are unsure how to save your artwork or if it is in the correct format, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Top What quality or resolution does my artwork need to be?Your artwork should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure clear printing. If your artwork is not 300 dpi, please contact us and we will work with you to improve your image quality, at no additional charge. Top Do you offer graphic design services?Yes, we offer our expert design services at no additional charge or fees. Whether your artwork needs simple editing or you need a complete label design, we are ready to help you. You can expect sample layouts within 24 hours. Top How can I send my artwork?The easiest way to send your artwork is via email to your In-Touch Direct sales representative. Top ProofsWill I see a final proof of my label before it is printed?Yes. You will see a final proof of all printed materials before they reach the presses. Proofs can be sent as PDFs, Press Prediction Proofs, or Press Proofs, which are shipped overnight for approval. Please understand we will not print any labels without final approval. Top Label Shapes, Sizes, Colors and OptionsWhat types of adhesives do you offer?We determine the best adhesive for your label depending on the type of label and its use. Our most common types of adhesive are permanent, removable and repositionable. Top What is the difference between die cut and butt cut labels?Die cut labels have round corners. Butt cut labels have square corners. We can accommodate either type of label. Top What is a die charge?A die is the tool used to create a desired label size or shape. When a customer requests a size or shape we do not have, we need to create a new die. The die charge depends on the size and shape requested. Die charges are one-time fees used to create the new size or shape. Please know not all custom size and shapes will require a new die. Top What is a bleed?Artwork bleeds when the color goes to the edge of the label without any white border. Please specify if your artwork bleeds. Top What colors can I use on my label?In addition to our 24 standard colors, we can use any custom color or non-standard color from the Pantone color library. Top How will my labels be packaged?Our labels are generally packaged on rolls, but we can also produce them on sheets or in shrink-wrapped bundles. Top Payment and ShippingWhat is the best way to pay for my labels?We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer 30-day payment terms to approved customers. Please contact us for additional payment information. We do not bill customers until after the labels have been received, but we do require payment information prior to processing the order. Top How will my labels be shipped?All of our labels are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. We can accommodate almost any shipping needs, including rush deliveries. On larger orders, we work hard to find the most cost effective shipping method. Top Do you ship internationally?Yes. We are able to ship your labels anywhere in the world.
